Focus:California™ is currently in a Beta period during which the application is free. On May 15th the application will switch to a subscription model. After the free period you will have to subscribe to continue to use the app. Please bear with us as we work through any remaining bugs in the software and fill out our data sets. All feedback is appreciated.

Why do you provide data for California only ?

California is our home and we are focused on the deep robust data sets provided by the state of California. Many states do not have the same deep data availability of California.

How much will Focus:California™ cost ?

The standard monthly subscription package will cost $5.99 and the annual subscription will cost $59.99

How up to date/accurate is Focus:California™ ?

We are constantly updating our data and strive to be as up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that our data is the latest available for a particular location. You can use Focus:California™ for location screening, but you should not use data from our application for making important decisions unless you independently verify it.

Why don't you provide MLS data and other information about real estate listings ?

MLS Data is everywhere. Focus:California™ provides other data that is harder to find and more related to the overall environment and livability of California based locations.

Is your data licensible outside of the app ?

Currently, no but contact us if you have any interests or special needs you'd like to explore.

Can I use Focus:California™ if I am not in California ?

Yes, but the application only provides information for locations in California.
